I have no Idea what just happened

So.......he and his brother are monsters ? But they're in a bathroom ? I still don't get the Story. I suggest you work on your drawings with more care. Possibly use voice actors instead of text.

The drawings and animation arent too bad. But honestly what possessed you to do a flash about algae in a fish tank ? When i do a flash usualy i see something cool and think "wow thats cool, i could do that". Did u see an Algae in ur fish tank and think "wow thats cool, i could do that" ? If u did then ur meaning of cool is a lot different to my cool, ur cool is like warm or something. Wait i'm supposed to offer constructive critacism well.....
Find something to do a Flash on thats cooler than Algae or possibly some super mutated atomic algae that takes over the world im not picky.

A nice movie but i thought it needed a bit more oomph to it. A nice story though.

Ok you want some constructive critacism ? Well here it is: the tree bark needs more detail on it, maybe shade it a bit. Also the water looked pretty plain, need to add some white streaks to show which way its flowing and maybe add some alpha to it and make it slightly see through and have vague images of fish or the bottom of the water. Finally try to come up with some sort of story for it. Your backgrounds are very good u just need to add something to them to help make it more enjoyable.
